Document Description
The project is a proposed Preliminary Development Plan (04-PDP-01) for the demolition of three of the existing five buildings located on property at 209 and 225 West Highway 246. The project proposes the construction of three commercial buidlngs and one multi-family residential building in place of the demolished buildings. The proposed commercial buildings would include offices and small to medium sized retail businesses. The commercial units would range in size from 250 to 1800 sf. The proposed residential building would include five market-rate one-bedroom apartments.
