Document Description
The proposed project consists of a pipeline that will deliver either Lytle Creek surface water flows or State Project Water to a water treatment facility, Sandhill Water Treatment Plant. The Plant will be upgraded by installing additional raw water treatment facilities, including flocculation basins and chlorinatio facilities. The City of Rialto will issue land use entitlements for the proposed facilities and the San Gabriel Water Company will install and operate the facilities and will function as a Responsible Agency under CEQA.
