The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number EPIMS-RIV-15949-R6, pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Three Strands Properties, as represented by Edwin Sauls. The project proposes the development of 27-unit residential development and associated infrastructure, including roads, landscaped slopes, and drainage facilities within the approximate 10.8-acre site. The Project activities are limited to the grading and fill of two ephemeral streams within the Project site. No water control structures are proposed.
