Development of turf playing fields, additional park improvements and parking, a caretaker's residence and a 2.5 mile long bike trail along the river's bank, are proposed for this City property along the Santa Ynez River. Class 2 and 3 bike lane segments will also be added to streets in the area to complete bike route connections.
