Document Description
CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement (Agreement) pursuant to Section 1602 (SAA # 1600-2004-0206-R5) of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Mr. Bart Lantz, City of Santa Margarita Water District. The applicant proposes to alter the streambed and banks of Canada Gobernadora Creek through the implementation of a road crossing improvement project consisting of the removal of portions of an existing 96-inch corrugated metal pipe (CMP), construction of a concrete inlet structure and the construction of a headwall at the location of the inlet structure. Additional riprap may be placed behind the headwall. A temporary berm will be erected approximately 30-feet upstream of the project area, along with a dewatering pipe to convey flows around the project area during construction.
