Document Description
Due to storm drainage, Santa Margarita Water District proposes to implement a road and culvert improvement project to existing facilities at the subject location as per county of orange public facilities and resources department standard plan. A 480-foot reach of San Juan Creek Road will be raised to a finished grade of approximately four feet above its current elevation. Riprap will be placed along the northern side of the road to prevent upstream surges from overflowing the banks and causing flooding of the road to prevent damage to sewage forcemains.
