An applicantion for a 27 lot subdivision on a 74 acre site, located ~4 miles west of Lone Pine on the south side of Whitney Portal Road (APN 023-270-12, -13). The Project will consist of 2.5 acre lots serviced by individual water wells and septic systems. The Proposed project is in conformance with both the Inyo County General Plan designation for the Property as Residential Rural Medium Density (RRM), 1 dwelling unit per 2.5 acres, and the Inyo County Zoning Ordinance zoning as Rural Residential (RR), 2.5 acre minimum lot size.
