Document Description
The applicant is proposing a Specific Plan Amendment for a portion of the Oak Valley Specific Plan originally approved in 1990. The original Specific Plan allowed for 3,451 residential units with a gross density of 2.18 dwelling units per acre including 2,356 single family units on 672 acres and 1,095 multi family units on 73 acres, 26 acres of commercial, 2 school sites for elementary, junior, and high school, 428 acres of golf course, 60 acres of parks and drainage areas, and 191 acres of open space. The original Specific Plan was approved by the County of Riverside.
