Site Development Permit 10-15-4842 proposes 74 single family dwelling units in mostly four-unit clusters and associated site improvements. Site Development Permit 10-15-4842 and Tentative Tract Map 17542 was evaluated in and contemplated by the SEIR that was prepared for the Shea/Baker Ranch project and certified by the CIty of Lake Forest City Council on May 15, 2012.
