The proposed project includes a GPA and Zone Change of 838 acres of vacant lands in the Project Area on seven parcels. The GPA would change the allowed land uses from industrial, agricultural, and commercial land uses to residential, commercial, public facilities, and mixed uses. The project parcels currently have approximately 9.8 million square feet of approved industrial and commercial development rights. The GPA and Zone Change consider development of 5,415 residential units on Sites 1 through 6 and a public facilities overlay on Site 7.
