Changed Plan 05-14-4498 is a request to a request to modify the conditions of approval of Site Development Permit (SDP) 3-13-3198, as approved by the Director of Development Services on July 29, 2013. Specifically, Changed Plan 05-14-4498 revises the criteria regulating the plotting of homes based on the previously approved palette of the floor plan, elevations and color schemes. The new criteria shall apply in lieu of the fixed plotting represented by the Plotting Plan approved in conjunction with SDP 3-13-3198 and serves as a means of ensuring architectural variety within Tract 17632.
