Document Description
Site Development Permit 8-13-3499 is an amendment to Site Development Permit 2-13-3145 and is a request for an alternative development standard to allow a three (3) foot setback from a property line for mechanical equipment, including air conditioning units, for the residential development. Site Development Permit 2-13-3145 was approved in conjunction with Tentative Tract Map 17528 by the Planning Commission on June 13, 2013 for the construction of 111 detached single-family dwelling units in a four-pack arrangement and associated site improvements.
