Document Description
Site Development Permit 6-13-3372 is a request for a model home complex and sales office for the Brookland multi-family development (Tract 17527) that was approved under Site Development Permit 2-13-3115. There will be 3 model home units in Building 28, a six-unit multi family building on the corner of Mahogany and Wild Rose. The three-unit complex will include sales office in two of the garages and a linked walkway to lead potential buyers through the homes. The previously approved parking area across from the building, which includes 11 parking spaces, will be used for visitors to the model homes and for the employees. Two parking stalls will be added to the parking lot for the model home complex. The applicant also proposes installing landscaping, a six-foot tall wood screen fence and a six-foot tall tube steel trap fence.
