Document Description
The requested Site Development Permit provides for the construction of two-story single-family homes (one per lot) with attached two-car garages on 80 lots; and associated improvements, including driveway paving, parkway landscaping and walls/fences. All lots are previously approved and rough graded per Tentative Tract Map 16466. The project includes three floor plans (2,966, 2,997 and 2,999 sq. ft. respectively, with options for an additional 522 sq. ft. approximately for Plan 1), three different architecture styles and four color schemes.
