A street level sidewalk/barrier is proposed to be constructed adjacent to the existing El Camino Real bike lane to direct the public to a new channel catwalk access point located on the south side of the channel. Access from the street level sidewalk/barrier to the channel access point will be provided by concrete stairs and a walkway located within the OCTA Metrolink right-of-way.
