Document Description
The City will consider adoption of the Countryside Specific Plan and EIR as well as the concurrently proposed Tentative Tract Map(s) and a Development Agreement. Creation of the Specific Plan will guide development of the entire 178-acre site within Subarea 5 of the New Model Colony Specific Plan. The proposed project consists of eight residential neighborhoods of varying lots sizes with a total of 819 residential units. In addition, 6.5 acres of parkland and 4.36 acres of paseos, as well as bicycle trails would be integrated throughout the project site. To date, the site has not been identified on any California Environmental Protection Agency Hazardous Waste Lists.
