The project involves construction of 98 one bedroom senior apartment units on three sites in the City of San Fernando. The building at site one will consists of 21 units and cover approx. 20,000 square feet at Kalisher Street and Coronel Street. Site two will consist of 25 units and cover approx. 25,000 square feet at Kalisher Street and Celis Street. Site three will consist of 52 units and cover approx. 35,000 square feet at Park Avenue and First Street. Existing structures will be demolished including two structures at site one, four at site two, and five at site three. Off-site improvements may include curbs, gutters, sidewalks, driveway, handicap ramps, utility connections and street trees.
