Document Description
As part of the development of a 2.5 acre site into 4 lots, the operator proposes to construct a bridge and install an outfall structure impacting Tice Creek at 270 Monticello Drive in Walnut Creek, Contra Costa County. The bridge will be a spanning bridge aprox. 16 feet wide by 70 feet long. Concrete bridge abutments will be constructed approximately 7 feet away from the top of the banks. An 18-inch pipe will be installed through the west abutment and grouted rock riprap will be place on the bank and into the bed, impacting approximately 300 square feet. The CDFG is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2003-0041-3 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project operator, Stephan Pinto.
