Project consists of basic (archaeological) data collection and resource evaluation activates which so not result in a serious or major disturbance of an environmental resource; minor alteration in the condition of land and/or vegetation (minor trenching and backfilling where the surface is restored) which does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees; and rehabilitation of historical resources in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks and Grimmer.
