Document Description
The project consists of allowing equestrian use on the Wilson Trail, a former primitive road. Horses were allowed on the trail until the 1990's and that use was never explicitly terminated. The project will expressly allow horse use on the entire length of the Wilson Trail to the scenic overlook.
