The waterline serving the Blanchard CDF Station is failing. The existing line takes off from the water main approximately 1,400 feet south of the station and runs through several private undeveloped parcels before it enters station grounds. The line is failing as it runs through the private lands. The station water meter shows water flow even though no use is occurring. The project is to replace the line as it runs through the private parcels or along State Highway 132 right-of-way.
