Document Description
The Ballona Well #5 will be drilled at the Ballona Plant Site on or around the end of June 2004 and will be completed before December 1, 2004. It will provide SCWC with additional source capacity. The new Ballona Well #5 is a replacement well for Ballona Well #3 and is therefore, exempt from CEQA requirements.
