The proposed project is the adoption of a Countywide Transportation Expenditure Plan (TEP) that apportions anticipated Measure A transportation sales tax and revenues to the County, incorporated cities, the Sacramento Regional Transit District, the Consolidated Transportation Services Agency, and the Sacramento Metropolitan Air Quality Management District for the construction, operation, and/or maintenance of transportation and air quality facilities and programs from April 1, 2009 to March 31, 2039.
