The proposed project consists of the following: 1. A Variance to eliminate the 5-foot landscape planter required along the street right-of-way, for a 2.0+/- acre property zond AC. 2. A Variance from Sacramento County Zoning Code Section 315-42 (b) to allow existing auto-detailing strucutres from a shed to be located within the required 50-foot front yard setback. 3. A deviation from the fencing requirements outlined im Section 301-60 of the Sacramento County Zoning Code to allow a chain link fence with slats rather than an open ornamental fence along the street right-of-way.
