The proposed project consists of a Development Plan Review to allow the replacement or reconstruction of a single-family residence in the Fair Oaks Village Special Planning Area (SPA). They will be removing the upper portion of the structure and retaining the lower part for reuse and remodel. The existing home was built in the 1960's and is not considered a historic structure.
