Document Description
The Conservancy is the primary agency with responsibility for the funding and implementation of the State of California's share of projects under the Environmental Improvement Program (EIP). There is a need to provide adequate office space to house existing and additional staff needed to meet increasing workload associated with the implementation of the EIP. The Conservancy proposes to lease approximately 10,817 net usable square feet of an existing office building and consolidate office space for approximately 50 Conservancy employees and contractors and 54 parking spaces will be used.
