Reasons for Exemption
The project will not have potential for significant effect on the environment. The permit is only being modified to add the names, addresses and telephone numbers of new emergency responders. The response time and training of the new emergency responders will a) be comparable with existing members and b) be compatible with the emergency response plan. Therefore, the changes will have no negative effect on the existing response capability at this existing facility. The addition of more potential responders may improve its overall operations and response in the event of an emergency.
