Project consists of the repair and minor alteration of an existig public structure involving negligible or no expansion beyond current use, minor trenching and backfilling where a the surface is restored, and the replacement or reconstruction of existing structures and facilities where the new strucutre will be located on the same site as the structure replaced, included as "non-historic building repairs," "minor utility upgrades," and "reroofing" in the Department of Parks of Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR Section 15300.4.
