The proposed project consists of the following: 1. A variance to reduce the front and side street yard setbacks from 50 feet to 14 (+ or -) and 18 feet (+ or -) (Auburn Boulevard and College Oak Avenue) for a proposed drive through window on a beverage building. The 1.3 (+ or -) acre property is zoned LC. 2. A variance to deviate from the 5-foot landscape planter requirement along the public street right-of-way (College Oak Avenue). 3. A use permit to deviate from the 25-foot landscape planter requirement for drive through lanes located in the front and side street yard setbacks. 4. A use permit to allow a drive through lane entrance to be located less than the required 25 feet from the driveway entrance.
