Document Description
The State Water Resources Control Board (SWRCB) proposes to lease approximately 5,425 square feet of existing office space. This facility will house SWRCB's Victorville Branch Regional Office that is currently at maximum capacity in their present facility. Approximately 16 employees will be housed in this office and 10 parking spaces will be used. Public transit is available within close proximity to the site.
