Document Description
In accordance with Health and Safety Code (HSC) section 25201.6, the Department of Toxic Substances Control (DTSC) is considering approval of a Class 2 Standardized Permit Modification to AERC.com (AERC), Hayward, California, US EPA I.D. number CAD 982 411 993. The proposed permit modification would authorize the continued operation of a lighting waste processing facility for the recovery of glass and metals. AERC is an existing facility currently authorized under Series A, Standardized Permit. The changes proposed at this site are defined as a "project" according to the Public Resources Code (PRC) Section 21065 and the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Guidelines Section 15378.
