A medical park that will be constructed in two phases on a 12-acre parcel that is a part of the County complex on Mathews road in French Camp, Ca. The first phase includes a 45,000 square foot administration building to house the Health Plan of San Joaquin and a 26,000 square foot building to house the Veterans Administration/Dialysis Clinic. The 2nd phase will expand the two buildings, and construct a new skilled nursing facility.
