The first phase of the project includes a 45,000 sf administration building to house the Health Plan of San Joaquin (HPSJ) offices and a 26,000 sf building that will house the Veterans Administration Clinic (VA) Clinic and the Dialysis Clinic. The second phase will eventually expand the HPSJ office to 90,000 sf and the VA / Dialysis Clinic to 52,000 sf. A skilled nursing facility will be constructed to house 30-45 beds.
