Industrial-Commercial w/ Wetland & Creek Protection Combining Zone (I-C:WCP)
The Project Proponent proposes the construction of a free-standing commercial retail store and office building with a combined gross floor area of 12,000 sf, a 67,200 sf covered and open-ended (three-sided) lumber yard, and a 1,200 sf landscaping bulk items bin. This project also involves the construction of several parking areas, landscaping, and other improvements. There will be site clearing, grading and filling. The total site area is approximately 5 acres. As part of this project a new storm drain system and other utility lines will be constructed. A proposed mitigation plan will facilitate surface water runoff generated from the natural drainage and from storm events.
