NOTE: Revised Final The update will guide the unincorporated area's development and conservation through 2025. The new Eden Area General Plan will completely replace the existing General Plan will completely replace the existing General Plan, though it retains goals and policies that remain relevant, and includes a series of General Plan land use designation changes. In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), this Environmental Impact Repot (EIR) describes the environmental consequences of the draft General Plan.
