Document Description
Approval of a tentative map for the subdivision of an approximately 1.23 acre parcel into six residential lots ranging in size from 6,258 sf to 7,720 sf. Lot 6 will be utilized as a parking area to the benefit of Parcel "A" per a previously approved conditional use permit (CUP-28-91M). Parcels 1 through 5 will be served by community water and sewer. The project includes an exception request to right-of-way width for a private access road and lot frontage. A reduced right-of-way width of 23 feet without frontage on a public road is being requested for proposed lots 1 through 5.
