The California Department of Fish and Game is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2005-0061-R2 pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project applicant, Sacramento Regional County Sanitation District.
Phase 3 of the Upper Northwest Interceptor Project. Activities for this project include the use of Microtunneling methods to place a sewerage pipeline beneath the NEMDC, Dry Creek and the Dry Creek overflow area.
