The proposed project consists of the reconstruction of historic buildings on two sites in the Old Sacramento Historic District, the Ebner/Empire Hotel Buildings located at 116 & 118 K Street, and the Lord's Restaurant/Magnolia Saloon Buildings located at 119 - 125 J Street, for mixed use retail, office and/or residential uses. Reconstruction of the historic building facades must be consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties.
