Document Description
The undeveloped 4.91-acre parcel is proposed to be divided into four parcels approximately 1.0 acre, 1.0 acre, 1.45 acres, and 1.46 acres each in size. Access to the parcels would be from Standard Veneer Road. On-site sewage disposal and private wells are proposed for all parcels. A biological assessment was prepared to assess the likelihood for endangered plant and animal species. No concerns were identified in the assessment.
