Document Description
Transfer by sale of four existing hydroelectric facilities from Sierra Pacific Power Company (Sierra) to the Truckee Meadows Water Authority (TMWA). There will be no new construction or demolition of any facilities, and all four hydroelectric facilities will continue to be operated by TMWA in the same manner as Sierra has operated them in the past: there will be no change in operations resulting from the transfer of these facilities from Sierra to TMWA.
