Document Description
Orton Development, Inc. is proposing to rehabilitate the historic Ford Assembly Building in the City of Richmond, California and develop it as a mixed-use development incorporating office, live/work, research and development, light industrial, retail, event and public gathering space, and other uses. The 517,000 sf project is located on Ford Point, in the southern portion of the City on the waterfront of the Richmond Inner Harbor, adjacent to San Francisco Bay. The two-story building occupies a level site roughly rectangular in shape and approximately 23 acres in size.
