Document Description
The proposed project is the redevelopment of an approximately 3.5-acre site in Menlo Park with 135 residential units, 17,000 square feet of commercial space, and public and private open space. The project also includes an amendment to the Menlo Park zoning ordinance and General Plan that would allow up to 40 residential units/acre to be constructed on sites with a minimum size of 2 acres for properties zoned Planned Development (PD), within the area bounded by El Camino Real, Ravenswood Avenue, the Caltrain right-of-way and Glenwood Avenue.
