A proposal to acquire approximately 6.55 acres located along the south side of Clinton Street east of Tozer Street for the purpose of expanding Millview Regional Park. The project involves a General Plan Amendment and Prezoning for the property along with its Annexation, and a Master Plan for development of the site. Park development would include construction of a new parking lot for approximately 165 vehicles; a full size soccer field practice area; a playground and a rest room with a small storage room; and a corporation yard.
