Document Description
Caltrans proposes to construct wetland mitigation for the complete State Route 84 Pigeon Pass Safety Project, at the Sweet Ranch Mitigation Site in Alameda County, California. Phase II activities, comprised of wetland and riparian improvements at Sweet Ranch, are anticipated to begin in May of 2011. The completed project will result in the installation of 4 acres of seasonal wetlands, 4.7 acres of restored/enhanced mixed riparian habitat, and 2.4 acres of improved bed and bank.
