Document Description
The North Burlingame/Rollins Road Specific Plan has been proposed by the City of Burlingame to guide and facilitate continuing development and conservation in the northern end of Burlingame. The Plan responds to the needs of Burlingame's existing industrial base, the proximity of the area to the Millbrae Intermodal station and the housing needs identified in the City's recently adopted Housing Element Update. The Specific Plan is an illustrative plan which provides a vision for the northern end of the City, and is considered an implementation tool for the General Plan. The Specific Plan also sets forth detailed land use and circulation guidelines, financing and development strategies, and supporting development policies and design guidelines.
