Note: FYI Final Thompson Development Inc., on behalf of the owners, 650 San Pedro Road LLC, has submitted an application seeking to subdivide a 14.8-acre property that consists of five lots into 12 residential lots for construction of 12 single-family residences. The proposed residential lots would range in area from 5,146 sf to 31,573 sf. In addition, a private common roadway of 27,298 sf and two separate parcels dedicated to private open space with a combined total of 396,995 sf of area would be owned by a future Homeowner's Association. No residences are proposed as part of the modified application. However, the applicant has submitted written development criteria for the residential lots which establish parameters for height, setbacks, floor area, and architectural style.
