The proposed project would modify the Master Plan and Planned Development zoning to include the phase construction of an additional 560,000 sf of office and R&D space, for a total of 1,385,000 sf of office, R&D, and manufacturing uses on the site. This represents an approximate 11 percent decrease in allowed development compared to the current Master Plan and Planned Development zoning. The proposed project would retain the six existing buildings on the site.
