Document Description
An application to construct four detached, two-story wood and stucco dwelling units with attached two-car garages. Three of the units will have living area of 1,778 sf each while the fourth will have 1,824 sf, and each unit will have a private patio. The existing tree within the property boundary and a 6' high chain link fence surrounding the site will be removed and be replaced with a 6' wall consisting of concrete plasters and wood panels with a concrete block base footing. The project also proposes to remove and recompact the top four feet of earth on project site to accommodate construction. A total of 1,050 cubic yards will be graded. Project access will be taken from Emperor Avenue. Applicant is also requesting yard modifications for less than required setbacks and distance between buildings.
