Madison Manhattan Village, L.P., the owner of the Manhattan Village Shopping Center, located at 2600-3600 South Sepulveda Boulevard (the "Shopping Center"), is seeking entitlements to construct 122,200 sf of new commercial buildings (a 76,200 sf net increase in floor area) at the Shopping Center. The expansion area would add retail, restaurant and office uses.
