Document Description
In order to better serve existing treatment facility customers and provide required wastewater support to planned developments in the area, Valley Sanitary District proposes to expand its existing wastewater infrastructure to a portion of the City located north of I-10. The expansion project will consist of two main components, a 27 to 36-inch sewer interceptor pipeline beginning at the intersection of Ave. 43 and Calhoun St. to the Fantasy Springs Casino parking lot and a three-barrel inverted siphon to connect the 27 to 36-inch sewer pipeline to the Valley Sanitary District Water Treatment Plant. These two components will result in installation of a total of 10,420 feet of pipeline.
